Seller not responding to pick up request

Hello, I bought a high chair that was for pick up only. I am trying to message the seller for pick up. However, even after several messages they have not replied. I have also submitted a request to cancel, but they have not replied. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I would just like to get my money back and cancel the sale, but as the seller isn't responding, how would I do this?

Leading up to Christmas peeps are busy, yes I understand having items for sale you should still be on the ball with eBay,  but perhaps for some it's on the back burner.

 

For collection items it's usual to wait 7 days, then open a case for item not received,  escalate after 4 days if  not refunded beforehand, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
