Seller not responding to messages, which means I cannot collect an item I have bought

What do I do when a seller is not answering messages, after I've purchased an item, which means I cannot arrange collection.   I can't find how to address this in the eBay help and assistance.  I tried to cancel the order, but this was refused by eBay!!

eBay do not refuse cancellations ,  only a seller can do this.

When did you buy this item,  this is important.

If a reasonable time has passed say a week and with no communication from the seller , I'm presuming you have paid so to receive a refund,  proceed this way:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
