Seller not responding my message

Hallo I get my e-bike 2 may and something happened I can’t to turn on and not working I’ve trying to contact with seller but he not responding my message

I'm afraid there's nothing you can do about the bike as far as ebay are concerned.   They only allow 30 days for claims.   Contact your payment provider and ask about getting a refund.

I just to contact with seller to sending me parts for my bike it’s warranty for a 1 year

Did you buy from a Private seller?  Then, the warranty is meaning less as they are usually non transferable.  You cannot claim from eBay if you have passed their 30 day fixed timeline to claim a refund.

 

If you purchased from a registered UK seller who offered a warranty and now not upholding this,  contact Citizens Advice if you wish to take this further.

 

Otherwise,  turn to your card issuer for help now with a refund.

As they are a registered business seller, have a word with citizens advice regarding the warranty.
