Seller not replying to message about collection

Hi, I bought an item fo collection only and am sending messages to the seller asking for collection address and suiable times - not getting a reply though. Now want to cancel but that only seems to be at the sellers' discretion - is that right?

Have you paid for the item yet? As contact details cannot be exchanged until payment is made.

If you have paid and still get no response from the seller,you can open a claim for non receipt after 7 days to get a refund.
