Simple postage.? What a joke!
I’ve just had a heated discussion with one of eBay’s agents (someone shoot me 🤯🔫)
after making the buyers confused about buyers protection fee now comes simple postage,
postage and packaging means the seller posts the item or items by using the delivery service what is near them and more convenient to them and not being told by eBay where you have to buy your labels from,
I charge my customers postage and packaging what includes the postage and the box I put the item in,
I don’t charge much more for the box just a little bit to cover some of the cost but now with all of eBay’s wisdom (they know best 👎) I am now going to lose money on ever parcel I send because I want the items to get there nice and save,
when are eBay ever going to listen to the people that use them and not think 🤔 it’s all about how much money they can make,
I have been with eBay for over 18 years now and this is the worth it’s ever been, really considering selling on another platform..
EBAY sort yourselves out, because what you are doing right now is wrong.. 👎😡
