Seller not paying postage

I hav purchased something and been told today by the post person that the item hasn’t had enough postage paid so I now need to pay to collect my item?! When I sell stuff I hav to pay full postage or they wont allow me to post the item?! So what do I do now?! Contacted seller and they’ve gone quiet!!

If seller refuses to pay the fee, do not pay it yourself. 

Open item not received case, seller will have to refund you in full.

If you really want item, you will have to pay. 

Ebay don't involved in postage disputes.
