Did you mean:

Seller is ignoring my request for a refund.

I returned two faulty bearings  in August at his request. I have not received my refund of £378.00 and he will not answer my mail. I have mailed him three times with no response.

If you opened a return through Ebay, you had 21 days after starting the return to ask Ebay to step in.

After all of this time, this is between you and the seller.

If it is a business seller, they may have an address you can write to or a phone number you can call to chase up your refund.

Too late to do anything through eBay now.

If this was the seller from whom you mentioned buying bearings in feedback, they are a UK registered buiness seller so your statutory consumer rights should apply. Also you could potentially use the Online Civil Money Claims service. You can take advice from a solicitor or Citizens Advice.

First, according to how you paid, I suggest that you check whether your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card issuer is able to help. For a purchase made in August you should still be within the time limit to apply.
