Seller ignores my message

Car parts that were fitted in April and have covered less than three thousand miles have failed, when sending the sellers several messages, over the course of a week about this, they are ignoring me, but as the parts were bought in February, I can’t just ask eBay to step in, there is no link for me to do so, any advice would be greatly appreciate, thank you.

Re: Seller ignores my message

it's too late for ebay.  They only allow 30 days for claims.   Unfortunately it's also too late for a payment provider refund or chargeback.   Your only option would be to use money claim online (previously small claims court):

Thanks for the reply, so what you’re saying is, any type of warranty, if longer than 30 days, is pretty much useless?
