Hi, I bought a pair of boots last night and was informed by the buyer today that she is cancelling the offer.
I asked what her new offer price was and got no response.
I have asked for a refund and again there is no response.
I am unable to find a way to contact Ebay to make a complaint and get my money back.
Can anyone help with this?
