Seller disputing delivery of item

Hi, I've gotten refund for an item that didn't arrive. 

The seller is continuously sending messeges saying I have recieved and im scamming him he's simply not letting it go. It was an old Camera lens that i cancelled moments after purchase because he put wrong camera fitment in description.

No tracking info availiable I never received anything. I've checked the messege history and he claims I've recieved lens the following morning after purchase. I've asked for tracking info he won't provide there's also no tracking in ebay. 

What's best option ignore or report?

Ignore and block future messages.

Nothing to report,  you opened a case for item not received and received a full refund,  this shows no tracking number was entered into the case details,  and a refund was issued.

I'm presuming the item didn't arrive After the refund was made?

If so, ignore, their messages.
