Did you mean:

Seller claimed goods were 'made in the UK'.

But clearly it was NOT. The package arrived from China and inside was the name of the Chinese man. co. clearly printed on a label. This is fraudulent trading. It is conning customers into buying with the belief that the item is UK made. How on earth do I complain to someone at E-Bay? Finding out how is impossible.

If you receive an item which is not as described in the listing, you are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

You should open a return and send the item back for a refund.

That is more effective than trying to make a complaint to Ebay and has more of an impact on the seller.

Absolutely no point. The item cost £2.09. There is a massive principle
involved here.Conning the UK public into buying something that they claim to
be made in the UK... Outright lies.
