Hi there ! I hope someone can help me to solve this case! I have 2 shipping addresses one in the Uk and one in Italy. I have used them both many times to ship purchased items both from Germany and Italy always opting for the most convenient destination with eBay charging the correct postage. Today I won an auction for an item sold by an eBayer located in Italy and I went to select my Italian adress at check out the following disclaimer appeared:"the seller won't ship to this address". What? An Italian seller who does not ship to Italy? I contacted the seller to explain the issue, something that occurred with them for the first time. The seller sent an invoice with adjusted postage but this seems not to work because at check out I have no option to move forward with payment other than receiving the items in The UK which will come at a higher fee.Is there anyone who can help with this?
