Seller cancelled refund by mistake but is still willing to refund. Since return was closed I'm stuck

My problem is that since the return was declined by the seller, it says on the app that the return was closed. This is very problematic since the seller has communicated she is still willing to refund, but that I must ‘take it up with EBay’. I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help.

eBay have been known to reopen closed cases so contact them and see what they say.   You can use callback on here:
