I wanted to return a package that came damaged on a wooden pallet. The dimensions of the package are 121x80x40cm. It came to me via FexEx directly to my home. I will add that these are car parts. When the seller accepted the return, I received a return label to DPD. It said that I had to deliver the package to the normal point (shop, etc) myself. This was strange to me, so I contacted the seller again and said that it was probably a mistake, and he agreed. To this day, I have not received the correct label and it looks like the seller is deliberately delaying the return. What can I do?
