I won an auction but before I had the opportunity to complete the PayPal transaction, the seller cancelled the order with the 'Buyers address incomplete' option. This was clearly because the item had sold for less than they were happy with and they have since relisted it.
I messaged to ask if I could just send money by PayPal and they send the item and they told me to F-Off and stop messaging them!
Now the item is stuck in my basket telling me that I committed to buy this but when I click on the button to complete the purchase, it says the item no longer exists.
How do I clear this out of my basket?! I tried cancelling the order but it says the cancellation has already been processed, which is what the seller did I guess.
Utterly baffled by this. Not only is it bad enough that the seller shafted me on a fair auction but now it's messing up my account too.
Any help would be really appreciated!
