Seller being paid after collection.

A seller needs help being paid. I collected the item.  Due to the seller having issues posting it.  

They now need to be paid

If it wasn't listed for collection you won't have received the collection code needed to confirm you have the item.    And without postal tracking the money will be held but seller will get it after 14 days.
