Seller being overcharged

My customers are usually paying £2.94 then a week later I seem to pick up a bill for an extra £3.18 postage, happens a lot and I don't know why!

Your items seem to be in Simple Delivery,  I suggest you look at ebay help to see how it works.

For example, the seller does not buy postage with SD, the buyer pays ebay and ebay provides the label to the seller.
