Seller Wrongly Advertised Item

Hi everyone!

The seller is claiming I ordered the wrong part, but his listing shows that the part is a match for my vehicle. I provided him all the info yet he claims the part doesn't match because the vehicle has a SLIGHTLY varied power output, which in NO WAY affects the mechanical systems of a vehicle. The seller tried to tell me that because of a minor difference in horsepower, the part does not match and now he has refused my request for a return and refund!? Can anybody help?

Attaching all photos. Seller Wrongly Advertised Item

Send no more messages to the seller , but proceed this way:

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

If you opened a case for item not as described, that is....Does Not  Match Description or Photos,  and it is within the 30 day timeframe,  the seller cannot refuse this.

They have exactly 3 days to refund you or send that return tracked label,  if they don't then on day 4 , the case is timed to the second,  the option to escalate , ask eBay to step in will appear.

Could there be an error? I have no option to complain to ebay or ask ebay to step in, the mattter seems to be stuck here.

You bought item beginning of June.

Did you open and escalate case within 30 days?

If not, too late for ebay case, try your payment provider.
