Seller Removed

Please help, purchased an electric scooter in October for Christmas, the scooter has developed a fault. Contacted the manufacturer and warranty is void due to not being licensed to sell on eBay. The transaction no longer shows on my account so can’t raise a dispute, can’t find how to contact someone on eBay. PayPal won’t do anything and the bank don’t want to know. Can anyone please advise what we can do

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days, so they won't help.

If it was UK business seller and they are still trading  contact citizens advice.

Of course any purchase shows in your purchases for 7 years, but you do have to use the drop down menu to change the period. Seller cannot remove!!

The reason you cannot raise a dispute is because you are over the 30 days.
