Seller Refund

Can someone explain to me the process of refunding a buyer.

So a buyer purchased one of my items but there was a problem with their address, so opned a refund. I had not received the buyer money yet when making this refund, so the refund got deducted from ebay wallet. Do I get that refund money back because I actually never received the money as it was held with ebay?

When a refund is being made and there is not enough money in the Payment Summary showing in your eBay wallet,  then eBay take the refund money from your back up source which is usually your bank account.

Once the refund has been completed, money from any hold is released to you.

Refunds must only be made through a case the buyer opens or a cancellation .
