Seller Provided Tracking but not send out item to courier

I ordered helmet from seller, and after 50 days, now Mar 29,2025, helmet not send to courier yet (DPD). I try contact seller many time but they dont answer at all, and they even blocked me from their Facebook and Instagramm page.

I could i do to get my money back, please help to advise

After 50 days, you are out of time to claim any refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

You'll need to turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.

Never leave it that late to claim for a refund for an item not received.

What was estimated delivery date?

You have 30 days fro  that date to open ebay case.

Hi,

eBay listed will arrive the next 2-3 days, but the problem is when i tracking the parcel, it is not given to the courier. My place is 100mil away to the seller, both in UK.

i paid already from Feb10 but seller not yet send item out to the courier.

The rules still stand,  that you had 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery,  to raise a case for a full refund from eBay. 

You are too late to claim from eBay , and need your payment provider now for help with your refund.
