Selle does not send to you location

I live in the UK and wrote to an Australian seller to ask if I could bid on two badges he posted for postage only within Australia as I also have an Australian address. The seller agreed and I won both items.

When I went to pay  the invoice was  in Australian dollars but there was an ebay notice saying the seller does not post to this location.  I tried the UK address, the bill was now in UK pounds, and there was a similar notice from ebay. I even tried my Swedish address but a similar response !

I have written to the seller about six times politely requesting s/he allows me to pay for sending o either  address  but no response.  Ebay has them listed as unpaid but they are not. I am blocked from payment by the seller.

I would like ebay to intervene and solve this particular problem and not list me as not paying for items as this reflects badly on my 100% record of over 4000 payments, but cannot find a way of doing so.

Any advice would be very helpful

When you go to pay, you must change delivery address, to Australian address. If you have already done that, then any solution is up to the seller, by allowing shipment to an address agreed with seller.

Ebay I am sure cannot help, it is seller who must edit his preferences, ebay will not do that for him.

That's what I have been doing but the seller  blocks all of them. I just want ebay to cancel the transaction if he will not allow me to pay otherwise it looks like I am refusing to pay.
