Do not sell anything on eBay as eBay is ripping people off that no return policy is a lie because people can still return the item and eBay lats them make false reports. They do not care and rip the sellers off so if you're planning on selling anything on the ebay, I would not do this

We have heard many times of buyers "inventing" damage to get a refund. 

In my view this can - to some degree at least - be countered by the seller [even if "private"] accepting returns and buyer paying return costs.

Yes - dreadfully disappointing.  But is eBay "sell at all costs"?

If its to do with the neg you got, of course 'no returns' does not apply for an item that's claimed to be 'not as described'.
