Scammer using my address to purchase SIM cards

Hi. How can I report fraudulent activity by a buyer I am not connected with? I have received a SIM card by post to my address to someone who has never lived at this address. On enquiring with the seller, it seems that it's likely the buyer has been purchasing the cheapest cards they can get (this was £0.20) in order to quickly improve their rating -gettibg a volume of automatically generated high rated reviews to validate their account. I have the account name and want to report them. How do I do this though if they have not bought directly from me? Thanks for your help.

You can report your findings to Customer Services , but they will not tell you what action they will take,  if any.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
