Subject: Request for Refund – Faulty and Misrepresented AirPods

Dear {Customer Support],

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the AirPods I recently purchased from you. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product for the following reasons:

  1. The AirPods do not connect to any of my devices, despite repeated attempts.
  2. The charging case only fits a specific Apple charger, which I was not made aware of, forcing me to purchase an additional charger.
  3. The product does not appear to be genuine. The build quality is poor and plasticky, and the charging case does not light up when charging, as authentic Apple products do.

Based on these issues, it is clear that the item is faulty and not as described. As such, I am requesting a full refund. Please provide details on how I can return the item to you at your earliest convenience.

I trust you will handle this matter promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will have no choice but to escalate this through my payment provider.

I look forward to your swift response.

Sincerely,
