Bought item £7.42, item didn't arrive full refund issued but only £6.19 bit of a scam me thinks. How do I contact eBay

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Just to add that it looks lke a VAT issue, as a £6.19 item plus 20% VAT woud cost £7.42.

In some cases where either the seller or the item is located abroad eBay adds VAT to the purchase price.

Did the seller refund you privatey, i.e. not through eBay? If so, this would explain why they only refunded £6.19, as that's what they sold it for.

seller is in China, so you are correct regarding VAT.

Sounds as though not refunded through a case, as if done correctly I am sure that ebay would have topped up the refund with a refund if VAT.

Did you open a Not Received Case? If so did seller refund through the case?
