You click on the advert and start to complete the application. You then can not get out of the advert it just takes you to another page and costs you more. I could only get out by switching off the computer. I contacted them to cancel the order but Pay Pal still paid them even though I had canceled. payments to them. They then said two days later I could not cancel as the items had been dispatched. Turns out it is a Chinese company but no mention of this in the advert.
I have tried to contact paypal to complain but have been cut off three times and had to start again.
