I bought something 3 days ago and to the same listing under another name came up with same photos and right up with similar name. So I message the seller and he replied with the other isn’t him. The seller I bought off is not replying to messages and the money has been taken from my bank

Well what is the problem? Have you never read the money back guarantee? I is on every listing.

If item does not arrive by estimated deliverybdste, you just open a NOT RECEIVED case tonget s refund. 

Read and follow ebay instructions carefully and do not take any notice of promises from seller, and DO NOT CLOSE CASE. It will close automatically when a refund is made.
