Laptop ordered on 5th September still not arrived. Delivery dates keep changing you said the case is closed   15-13533–43494 please update me on what is happening

We are members like yourself so cannot inform you of any delivery updates,  but can show you what to do if a reasonable time passes the original estimated date for delivery.

You then proceed this way:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

The original delivery estimate given by ebay when  you paid cannot change and is the one that counts for item not received claims.  Any other dates you see if you look again at the listing are the dates if you bought at that point, not the date from  when you actually bought it.

You have to make a claim in a 30 day window starting with the day after the original expected delivery date and then proactively manage that case.  If the case closes because it was opened late, or you didn't escalate it, then ebay can't help you.

Perhaps your funding source can help with a claim?
