Samsung Tablet and Google

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy tab which had been factory reset. I can't get past the point of putting on my Google account details. It is asking for previous account details. Obviously seller reluctant to do this. Samsung say its a security issue to lost or stolen to be used.

Anyone advice on this.

If you can't use it,and seller can't help you either, then look to open a return request for item not as described in listing,and seller will have to supply you with a prepaid return label and refund you within 3 days of getting the item back.
