I scanned my buyers QR code when she collected my item.  It took me to an ebay page which said sale completed,  I did not write down the 6 digit number.  I now realise that for ebay to pay me I need this number so what do I do?  I have contacted the buyer but no response.

Only the buyer can provide you that collection code.  Maybe they do not know where to look for it?

Send them a polite message to look through their eBay messages,  their Purchase / order details,  emails even Spam the collection will be in one of those.  They can send those numbers to you and you can enter them manually , explain this will release your payout currently on hold.

If they don't no worries,  but you will need to wait a minimum of 14 days for the release of the payment.

You have over 10 feedback for selling and I would have thought you would qualify for release of money within 24 days.

I was paid a small amount about 8 am this morning and released today.

If you scanned the QR code you don't need the number. It's all done.
