Sale Cancellation

Hi - I ordered an item and then within 3 hours cancelled the order. The status of the order did not show any shipment and 5 days on is still not showing that shipping is in progress. My cancellation request was declined after 3 days. I messaged the seller directly to cancel the order as it has not been processed yet. The seller is not responding to my messages. Please can you advise what I must do next?

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
