SWEET5 Coupon

Hi, eBay have sent me a 5% discount code SWEET5 but I can't work out how to use it?  I tried on an auction I won and it said invalid.

It mentions a few excluded categories but the item wasn't in any of them.

Can't see anywhere in the T&Cs about certain categories, there is no min spend and coupon has 10 uses and valid until the 31st January.

Really confused with this coupon.  It doesn't show up on any listings page I've looked at like other coupons when they are usable.  The recent BALANCE5 would show on the item page and show the discount.  This code doesn't show on any listing I've looked at.

Spoke to eBay CS and it's only valid from certain sellers but it doesn't give you a link or tell you who actually accepts the voucher so it's pretty useless in my opinion.  Every item I've checked doesn't accept the voucher.
