Free to sell says ebay, but so slow I have even moved over to BINs and using a promotion. but only 5% Not ebay recommended %.

Ebay comments that not using full recommended promotion, will restrict visibility of items, so what hope for visibility is there for not using any promotions.

Free to sell is a big con.
