I got to say i am now at the stage to stop selling on eBay, there new delivery system is floored and in my opinion is total rubbish.
I just sold my spare wheel with tyre, i never thought it would be so much of a faf.
First it forces me to use Royal mail parcelforce, so i accept that method, then you have to pay before it gives you the drop off points, great, so pay and then get told to choose a drop off point, problem is the nearest one is 27 miles away, i speak to customer services who tell me any RM drop off will take it, so i go out and visit 9 different drop off points, all refused to take it due to size and weight, even the post office wont take it so am now stuck with the sale i cannot send, i have requested refund on the cost but have been told it can take 2 weeks to get refund, i then go back to the sale to try again, all i could find was UPS @ £38, they will collect but again another problem, they will only collect from the address connected to you eBay account, so no good to me as i would be at work and wanted it collected from there, but no there is no option for this service, so i have just booked myself via parcels2go and being collected from my work tomorrow at £11, so question is just how much do eBay get for forcing you to use there services ???? really stupid new system and full of flews.
