I used eBay delivery to post an item with Royal Mail 11 March. Under 'View tracking' there is a tracking number but no other info, not even the date the item was posted. I'm not going to be paid until tracking shows that the item has been delivered. I checked with the buyer who confirmed that the item WAS delivered last week. I have looked under eBay's help sections and tried the bot (which did not understand my question) without finding out how to get my funds which are on hold. Can anyone help? Thanks.
