Bought an item on eBay. Seller promptly dispatched via Royal Mail to my local news agent pickup point. Royal Mail tracked and emailed me to confirm delivery to local news agent and ready for pickup. Went to said news agent and they asked for the bar code. I have not received a bar code from the seller or Royal Mail. Contacted the Royal Mail and spoke to human being and he said it was down to eBay to supply bar code. Seller also said it should be down to eBay to supply bar code . As I cannot seem to talk to a human being at eBay, I tried talking to the virtual assistant, but kept going round in circles. I had showed the news agent the tracking number from Royal Mail and confirmation of delivery but they are still insisting on a bar code.
Would love to talk to a human being at eBay.
