Our late shipping defect rate is out of control. We live in the countryside we ship everything next day without fail but ebay penalises us with late shipping because although we hand it to Royal Mail at distribution office ( 7 miles away they do not scan it , it gets scanned at the next hub ( 30 miles away) typically the following day at some point , so far as ebay re concerned we shipped late because it was scanned late. Does anyone else face this problem or have a suggestion as to how resolve. tacled RM on issue they say Ebay are aware of the delayed scanning , Ebay are typically unapproachable, not interested.
