but somehow £34.95 by mistake has gone to your account this is rong can you please return £34.95 to my account?

I have no information about your purchase or why you have been charged the wrong amount, suggest you contact the seller to see if he knows what has happened, as he will also not get correct payment if you have not paid correct amount.

If you have promoted your listing added any reserve or other optional listing upgrade these are deducted before you receive your payouts.  So are any applicable postage charges too are deducted.
