Hi, got a beyblade, launcher and ripcord.
Beyblade needs a left launcher, and they sent a right (obviously didn't test it from their batch of beyblade items).
Which means I cannot use the beyblade, I have contacted seller, with pic and video to show them, so far no reply.
Technically the picture is correct on their store listing (you cannot tell its the wrong launcher though).
What can I do?

Open a return using the closest reason to 'item does not work/is faulty'.

You do not need to contact seller, you use the Ebay 30 day money back guarantee, details are on every listing on the right. If seller does not respond within 3 days, you escalate to ebay who take over.
Go for a FULL REFUND, and buy again. If you wait for a replacement you could run out of time, and also as you only get one chance for a case, if a problem with replacement you cannot open a second case.

I got a reply:
"You recieved the exact launcher ripcord pair as in the photos, which are right spin but never asked about a left launcher and purchased as it was listed?"
Seems a bit sketchy, either they're tired, made a mistake and wrote back in a terrible way, or they knew what they were doing, and believe they can get away with it.
Like, I would not buy an electric drill and bits bundle, the bits do not fit that drill, and told, well you got what was in the picture.
You kind of expect them to go together.

Another reply:
Me
"When you buy a beyblade and launcher bundle, you kind of expect the launcher to work with the beyblade :') Hmm, let me think about where we go with this mixup."
Them
"I expect the buyer to know what they're buying when given the exact images of the item, you can go where you want you've recieved exactly what was per the description and the photos."
Item pictures attached, note both images have launcher clips facing away from the camera (note, it would still be really hard to tell even if you could see the clips).
Still looking for advice.

Listen to the seller no more just proceed this way:
You have received an item not as described, so you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
You then go right of the item in your Purchase History, and from More Actions select Return this item, selecting the reason... Item Not as Described.
The seller has 3 days to accept the case, if they don't , you need to escalate on day 4, or within 30 days, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
If the seller wants the item back first, they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage. On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. Again, if they don't, you escalate the case.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
