Revising postage on an active item

I am trying to revise the postage on an active item.  I am in revise but not giving me an option to update listing

You won't be able to revise it if you've had any offers.   You can end it early via the dropdown menu on the right of it on your selling list, and relist with different postage (within the bounds of Simple Delivery). 

If the postage seems low bear in mind ebay's Simple Delivery automatically covers you for loss or damage in transit, regardless of postage cost.

Can’t believe it would cover me for the item (£370) 🤪

I know, it's a bit unnerving but it covers up to £750.
