Returns

Does anyone know if it's possible to reinstate a return?  I wanted to add a second item to a part return so I canelled the return thinking I could redo it. I can't reopen the return. The seller is happy to accept my return but  it needs to be done through Ebay. I have tied to conatct Ebay but can't get past the chat bot . It won't connect me to an agent.

Once you close a return another for the same item cannot be opened.

If the seller is still happy to refund you,  they can do this with no eBay involvement,  but of course there is nothing to enforce them to do so,  even if you post the item back.
