Returns

Hi

I sold a camera that the buyer says is faulty but I started I do not accept returns. The buyer wants a refund through ebay but said the camera is no good to me or him implying it will not be returned.

Can anyone advise me how to proceed to not only protect myself but also refund the buyer in full.

Many thanks

Returns

Buyer opens a not as described case, you supply a return label and on return you refund in full.

No returns only refers to change of mind returns, if buyer claims faulty, then it is up to you to supply return label, then no return, no refund.

Return is up to you, if case is opened and  you do nothing, buyer escalates to ebay, who refund, assuming you do not want camera returned.

You need to read the 30 day money back guarantee.

Returns

Thank you very much, really appreciated. I was concerned I'd end up without funds or camera but I guess it makes sense for the buyer to start the proceedings to enable the returns label?

So he contacts ebay

I supply a return label

Item is  returned to me

Then I issue his refund

Thanks
