I have bought something and requested a return. The seller says they will refund but says she is unhappy that I have requested a return under the inaccuracy of the description and has told me I have to close the return and then register a new one return. Is this Possible? If so how do I do this? I thought if i cancel a return that was the end of the matter and can't be reopened?
You are right. You must not close the return, you won't be able to open another one. If seller won't accept it you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days and they will enforce it.
