Returns

I ordered 2 coats. Seller stated items were in London. Parcel arrived today and I decided to keep one coat and return the other. There was absolutely no option offered for printing QR code as usual. After clicking the return option an address in China appeared for me to return the coat.  As I have no intention of posting back to China could anyone advise what steps I should have taken.  Item number: 406352135268.  Many thanks for any help

Re: Returns

You would need to return to the address the seller has registered with eBay,  whether that is London or China.   Maybe you could resell it yourself instead.

As item stated it was in UK, that is where you return it to.

I assume you opened change of mind return.

Contact eBay and explain you bought from UK.

Re: Returns

Thank you for your reply to my query. No way am I posting it to China. It
states “Located in: London, United Kingdom”I couldn’t understand why I
didn’t receive an email with QR code to print with UK address. Just a
message with China address.

As it was changed of mind return, you pay for tracked return postage.

Item and outgoing postage are refunded.

Still worth contacting CS, they may refund you.
