I recently received a 'Lime Green' 'wetsuit' that is' true to the worded description' but the picture used to advertise the item is a more supreme and 'Dark Green' costing hundreds of £ more. For some reason I thought I was buying the 'Dark Green' wetsuit as it seemed great value. Am I in my rights to return the item as its not the same as the advertised 'Picture' ? thank you

The picture forms part of the description so yes, you are entitled to open an "item not as described" case under eBay's money back guarantee.
You experience is probably the result of eBay's shameful policy forcing sellers to allow any other seller to copy and use their pictures. This means that you can never be sure that the item shown in the description will be the actual item you will receive. Sellers are supposed to seclare any differences, but of course many won't.

The system has allowed me to print out a 'Returns ' label but what if I send the item back and the seller does not want to refund me ?

Return item using supplied label.
As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate to ebay to sort.
Sellers can't avoid refunding by refusing parcel.
