Why's ebay being a *bleep*

Ebay's ai is being an *bleep*, the system is only as good as the operator,  I've had messages blocked for allegedly being offensive and threatening,  i actually asked a seller if it was still ok to collect my item,  ebay saw this as threatening and offensive and then their agent couldn't be bothered to sort it and buggered off, now that was offensive on their part, talk about not giving a toss about customer's

I understand your frustration.

Ebay's 'Help & contact' has been my 'go to' for quick questions but that is now powered by AI.

Either it doesn't understand what you are asking or the responses are random rubbish.

Previously, no interaction was required and a couple of keywords would take you to the correct Ebay page.

This is not progress!
