Returns and refunds

I return a controller doesn't seem to work from a buyer from Ebay seems the seller seems to be lying.

If you've opened a "not as described" return you will be able to escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days to get a refund.    So at that time go to the return case and click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
