Hi , could someone please advise. I bought an item from Poland for around £250 and the courier was UPS, I received an email from UPS saying import fees of around £60 were needed before they could deliver which I paid to UPS. The item was delivered but damaged so I have asked for a refund which the seller has agreed to, I have contacted UPS to see about getting a refund on my import fees which they are saying is down to the seller even though I sent the payment by Paypal to UPS. Does anyone know who if anyone I can claim off.Thanks
