Returned damaged item

I received perfume which I sold, they buyer didn’t contact me at all when I tried to contact them, I open a case because I want help with what’s going on and not because I want the item back, I’m still left in the dark not knowing what’s going on and suddenly the item I sold arrives at my house damaged and used, and I was not informed at all of this occurring, then eBay tells me they’ll refund the item for me in full and I have no say in this? The item is damaged and there is no way it’ll sell for the same price, I’m extremely disappointed. The box is very damaged and perfume is used.

You need to reply to a return request within 3 days once you receive an item back, or the buyer can escalate the case to ebay and ebay will refund in full on your behalf,while also leaving a defect on your account for not responding.
